Alpha Omega Veterans Services will host the 15th Annual Alpha Omega Golf Classic on Thursday, October 29, 2020, at Windyke Country Club. This annual golf classic honors the losses that our great nation incurred on the historic day of 9/11 and serves a reminder of how our country was forever changed on that tragic day. We scheduled this annual event later in the year for the safety of all participating and have COVID19 protocols & added features built in to provide an enjoyable & safe event for all.

This event provides much-needed funding that allows us to serve the military veterans who have fought for our precious freedoms, defended our Constitution, and who now so desperately need our support and assistance.

Alpha Omega Veterans Services is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee that assists military veterans to reintegrate back into society, often after achieving recovery and rehabilitation from debilitating mental and physical conditions. Alpha Omega has served more than 11,000 veterans with over a 90% success rate in its 33-years of operation.

Today, Alpha Omega provides veterans with a 60-day to 2-year program with a goal of having them successfully rejoin society, engage in healthy independent living, and secure placement into permanent housing. Each program has an integrated system of services including food, clothing, housing, transportation, and assistance with rehabilitation services that are designed to meet the needs of our veterans. Alpha Omega incorporates a holistic approach that also includes alternative therapies, such as horticultural therapy through our Urban Farm, equine therapy, art therapy, and fishing.

Windyke Country Club, located at 8535 Winchester Rd, Memphis, TN 38125, offers tree-lined fairways with mature oaks, pines & cypress trees, beautiful lakes, and Champion Bermuda, maintained at a speed of 10’ to 11’ on the stimpmeter. It is known for consistently great fairways and is considered one of the best courses in Memphis.

Cost of Foursome: $500  |   Cost of individual player: $150

Practice: Driving range & Putting green practice 7:30 – 2:30 pm

Registration: Check-in at registration tent 12 minutes prior to tee time  (7:48 am check-in for 8:00 tee time)

Lunch: Available for pick-up in registration tent between 11:30 am – 1:30 pm

Prizes & Awards: All winners will be announced via social media & notified directly
